Healthy Habits Showcase

Healthy Habits Showcase featured the popular Kidz Safety and Wellness Trail, free health screenings, flu shots, over 75 exhibits and displays, and much more! The Showcase was held in the 40,000 square foot Uncas Ballroom.

The Healthy Habits Showcase is a great way to promote good health in a fun and entertaining environment! Not only is the Showcase an excellent way for adults & seniors to learn about and understand the latest trends to keep them healthy and active, but the Showcase is a treasure chest of information for children and teens to learn about nutrition, exercise and healthy living.

CT Conference on Tourism

Celebrate Tourism!

Tourism industry leaders, marketing professionals and travel & leisure partners from around the state gathered at MGM Grand at Foxwoods on May 27th for the first annual Connecticut Conference on Tourism. The highly successful event, produced by Quinn & Gellar Marketing, featured nationally renamed speakers and workshops on wide ranging topics from brand building and innovative partnerships to new consumer research and cutting edge Web solutions. MGM Grand at Foxwoods sponsored the evening awards ceremony. AAA presented its four and five diamond awards for Connecticut and Mystic Coast & Country Travel Industry Association presented its annual Golden Pineapple awards. Major event partners also included Mohegan Sun, Mystic.org, Olde Mistick Village and the Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism dba The State Tourism office and the Mystic Country Tourism District.

On June 1st Q&G proudly unveiled the launch of the new Web site for St. Thomas More School, the renowned boys boarding school based in Oakdale, CT. The new site (www.stmct.org) features a comprehensive re-design and a user friendly content management system that allows for frequent edits and updates.

The New London Community & Campus Coalition came to Quinn & Gellar to develop a variety of provocative campaigns addressing substance abuse in our community. Billboards, posters, rack cards and bus signs were developed to educate the public about the dangers of substance abuse.

SERAC Campaign Launched

The Southeastern Regional Action Council came to Quinn & Gellar to develop a variety of provocative campaigns addressing substance abuse in our community. Billboards, posters, rack cards and door hangers were developed to educate the public about the dangers of drug addiction, underage drinking and problem gambling.

 

  


Quinn & Gellar wins major new account:

 

Q&G has been hired as the advertising agency of record for one of Connecticut's largest credit unions. Charter Oak has retained Quinn & Gellar for all marketing and advertising, plus the re-design of their Web site. Charter Oak is a 10 branch, $600 million institution that has served eastern Connecticut for over 70 years. To showcase Charter Oak's new brand, Q&G will launch a comprehensive multi-media campaign to include radio, print, cable, outdoor and web.


Quinn & Gellar is proud to have been awarded the contract for the new design and development of the web site for the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors based in Norwich, Connecticut.  In a competitive  bid process, Quinn & Gellar was chosen over 5 other web development companies.


Q & G Creative Director, Pete Hary unveils the new radio station logo with VP/GM, Bob Van deHeyden at the grand opening of the all new, multi million dollar Mohegan Sun resort at Pocono Downs in northeast Pennsylvania.  Quinn & Gellar consults for 104.9 The River which is owned in part by Mohegan Sun.
